The design

Exclusively designed residences based on a distinctive blend of Tuscan style and cosmopolitanism: the Fonteverde style. Warm sunlight enters through ample windows which overlook the never ending hills. Harmonious rooms ideal for relaxation.

Muted atmospheres which induce meditation. The buildings are finished in materials which recall the Tuscan territory such as Santafiora natural stone and solid wood. The residential complex has been conceived from an eco-compatible and energy saving point of view. The apartments have solar panels, state of the art installations and thermic-acoustic insulation which joins the search for comfort to respect for the environment.

The work has been carried out joining traditional craftsmanship and modern technology. The interior colour schemes are inspired by the Tuscan countryside, from Siena clays to natural earths, brick red, terracotta ocre. Natural fibres such as linen, cotton and hemp are used for the furnishings for a natural, warm embrace. The hand crafted furniture, whether painted or in natural wood gives the rooms the historic feel of an ancient noble Tuscan country house.
